*Freight Free Shipping is for the North and South Islands of New Zealand only. All other territories and Islands are currently not serviced. No PO boxes accepted – must be a street address.
Our courier Company is Fastways Couriers. Normal delivery is 1 to 3 working days. Add an extra 1 or 2 working days for Rural Delivery.
**ALL Batteries are currently EXCLUDED from free shipping. Quoted prices are in-store pickup only due to the wide range of shipping costs for various regions. If you would like a quote for shipping to your area please contact us.
Returns and Exchanges
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
We will gladly refund or exchange purchased items under the following conditions:
- All goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt unopened and in original condition
- We will refund faulty or damaged goods. We will not refund for damage caused by the customer
- Freight delivery charges are non refundable (except for damaged and defective goods)
- Return freight is payable by the customer (except for damaged and defective goods)
- All returned goods (excluding damage and defective goods) may incur a 10% handling charge

Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days and an email confirmation will be sent. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

In the case you place an order for product that subsequently become unavailable or there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you via email and/or phone with 24-48 hours to advise you of the situation and the options available to you.
